General Questions

What is pho?

Considered the most famous national dish of Vietnam, pho at its most basic consists of a clear beef- or chicken-based broth, rice noodles, herbs, and thinly sliced meats. You are welcome to top it with your own bean sprouts, fresh herbs, a twist of lemon, chiles, and other garnishes.

How do you pronounce "pho"?

The generally accepted way to say “pho” is “fuh”.

Where are you located and where are your products produced?

We are a Vietnamese-founded company based out of Orange County, California, and our products are made locally in the United States. SOUPPLY's producer is known for making Vietnamese specialties and has been supplying packaged meats since 1986.

What makes SOUPPLY pho special?

We use high quality ingredients, include real shelf-stable meat and added collagen, and the bowl is complete with reusable utensils along with sriracha and hoisin packets for your convenience.

Orders

How can I track my order?

Your orders can be tracked at our Track Your Order page. Visit that page and follow the instructions there to track your order. Orders are generally shipped same day or next business day with a tracking number. 

Can I edit or cancel an order after it's placed? 

Orders placed before 2PM PST will be processed same day during business days and orders placed Friday after 2PM PST will be processed the following Monday.  If Monday falls on a national holiday for shipping, you order will ship the next business day.  Order processed and shipped cannot be cancelled, but if you order has not shipped and you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@soupply.com. We'll try our best to cancel your order. 

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders? 

Yes. If you would like to inquire in orders of 50 or more, please email us at hello@soupply.com

Do you sell single bowls?  

Currently, the smallest order is for 6 bowls, as it is not economical for us to support single bowl orders.  SOUPPLY is also now available at select retail stores across the United States, where you will be able to purchase single bowls. My package is lost, stolen, or damaged. 

We currently ship with USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, and GSO depending on the region and shipping speed you selected at checkout.  All of our orders ship with tracking numbers for you to track your package on the respective websites.  However, we understand that incidents happen and we're here to assist you to the best of our ability. 


If your product was damaged, please send a photo along with your request to hello@soupply.com for assistance.  We'll review each case and address accordingly.  If you believe your package is lost, please check nearby your box and contact the shipping provider first for assistance before contacting SOUPPLY. 

What is your refund policy?

We're happy to offer our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee so you can purchase with peace of mind.  If in any case, you're unhappy with your SOUPPLY purchase, please shoot us an email at hello@soupply.com to request a refund (including shipping if applicable) within 30 days of your delivery date. Shipping

Where do you ship to? 

We currently only ship to the United States, including Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. 

Do you offer expedited shipping? 

You will see different shipping options at checkout that may suit your needs. 

How fast will I get my order? 

We process orders Monday - Friday except national holidays.  Any orders placed before 2PM Pacific Standard Time will ship that day. Any order placed after 2PM will be processed next business day.  If you place an order Friday after 2PM PST, Saturday, or Sunday, your orders will be processed the Monday, unless Monday is a national holiday and shipping providers are not available, then it will ship Tuesday.  


We ship from Southern California via UPS, USPS, Fedex or GSO depending on your region.  Shipments on the West Coast should expect orders to be delivered within 2-3 days, Central Cost 3-4 days, and East Coast 5-7 days.  Once orders are shipped, you will receive your tracking number and the provider we used to ship your order.  It typically will take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update along with the estimated arrival date. 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We currently do no ship to P.O. boxes.

What is your full shipping policy?

How do I store my SOUPPLY pho?

You can store our shelf-stable products in a room temperature setting for approximately one year.

What is the shelf life?

Our products have a 1-year shelf life. The 'Best By' date is stamped on the meat packet.

How does your meat stay fresh without preservatives or refrigeration?

Our meat packet is fully cooked under high pressure and high temperature until sterile through a USDA-approved two-hour process which includes cooling time - allowing it to remain shelf-stable without preservatives or refrigeration.

How can I cut down on the sodium content of SOUPPLY pho?

We recommend adjusting the amount of seasoning packet according to your taste to create a more balanced, healthy dish!

Are the noodles gluten-free?

Yes, we use rice noodles instead of wheat noodles.

What is collagen? Why is it added?

As a premium product, we add collagen to our soup base as a health benefit. Collagen is good for the skin and is one of the major building blocks of bone, muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
